The Plant Doctor and our small, passionate team are dedicated to sharing the art of indoor plant care, helping more people bring greenery, calm, and connection into their everyday lives. You’re invited to step into our immersive jungle-inspired makerspace in Sydney’s Inner City, where we host hands-on weekend plant workshops in Glebe Sydney. Here you will learn the essentials of indoor plant care, terrarium making, and kokedama botanical craft in a creative, welcoming environment. We also offer mobile workshops, bringing the greenery and experience directly to your workplace, event space, or home.
Our Sydney plant workshops run monthly and are open to everyone, while our private workshops are fully tailored to suit your group, schedule, and occasion. We regularly host corporate team building workshops, workplace wellness experiences, hen’s parties, birthdays, school holiday activities, baby showers, celebrations, Christmas parties, and more.
Our workshop experiences include Indoor Plant Care 101, Terrarium Workshops, Japanese Kokedama Plant Ball Workshops, Macramé Plant Hanger Workshops, and our signature Rainforest Terrarium Workshops (with Worm Farm Workshops available as private sessions).
Designed to be both educational and experiential—our workshops give you practical plant knowledge, creative skills, and a meaningful shared experience. You’ll also take home your own living plant creation, a lasting reminder of your workshop experience that continues to grow and thrive long after the session ends.
